Transforming Pediatric Cardiology
If you or your child faces the frightening challenge of congenital heart disease, nothing but the best, most knowledgeable care will do. That’s why Cincinnati Children’s and Kentucky Children’s Hospital have teamed up to provide the Joint Pediatric and Congenital Heart Program, which is one of the top pediatric heart programs in the country. Through this collaboration, the world-class heart surgeons at Cincinnati Children’s work closely with the cardiology experts at Kentucky Children’s Hospital to provide a full spectrum congenital heart care – from before birth through adulthood. Patients benefit from exceptional heart specialists close to home, and families across the country can access unique condition-specific programs at the Heart Institute.
Our care can start for babies before birth through the Heart Institute’s Fetal Heart Program. And as your child grows into adulthood, we provide comprehensive lifelong care through our accredited Adult Congenital Heart Disease Program. This program ensures adults born with heart defects receive the specialized care their hearts need.
Together we can change the outcome.
Joint Pediatric and Congenital Heart Program Ranks Among the Best
U.S. News and World Report ranked our Joint Pediatric and Congenital Heart Program, in conjunction with Kentucky Children’s Hospital, as one of the top five programs in the nation for cardiology and heart surgery.
In addition, our Heart Surgery Program treats the most complex heart conditions and has some of the top outcomes in the country.
